Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms before requesting tailoring or placing a shop order, including how your quote, advance and balance payments work.

Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry is not a confirmed order. Garment specifications, fabric, measurements, charges and completion dates are agreed with you before tailoring begins.

Your confirmed quote
We confirm your making charge, fabric requirements and completion date before starting. Designing is free, and supplying your own fabric or asking us to arrange fabric is quoted separately. There is no payment required to send an enquiry.

Personalised garments
Review all agreed measurements and design details before approving production. Any later change is reviewed for feasibility, cost and timing before it is accepted.

Fabric and references
Customer-supplied fabric is reviewed for suitability and quantity. Reference images guide the discussion; the final agreed specification determines the garment.

50% now. 50% when ready.
Every garment and every uniform order, including company, hotel, school and university uniforms, requires 50% advance after you accept the quote. The remaining 50% is payable when your garment is ready. This applies to both own-fabric and arranged-fabric orders.

Free door-to-door services
Measurement visits, fabric pickup, shipping and home delivery are free, and designing your garment costs nothing. You pay the agreed garment-making charge and arranged fabric where applicable. Doorstep service is available in Mumbai; visit arrangements are confirmed by our team.

Non-refundable tailoring payments
Made-to-measure tailoring is a personalised service. Labour, cutting, materials and other production costs are committed to your order, so tailoring payments are non-refundable under our business policy, including requests to cancel or seek a refund. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Measurements and completion
Our representative records your measurements, fabric collection and agreed garment details during the visit. The expected completion date is confirmed with you; it is not automatically guaranteed by submitting a preferred date.

Shop orders
Check product details, size, quantity and delivery information before ordering. UPI payments are manually verified by our team; a submitted reference alone does not confirm receipt.
