Doorstep visits, collection and delivery arrangements.

Tailoring doorstep service
Measurement visits, fabric pickup, shipping and home delivery for tailoring are free. Doorstep service is available in Mumbai; appointments and delivery arrangements are confirmed by our team.

Delivery timing
Your garment completion date is agreed after consultation. For shop orders, delivery arrangements are confirmed after the payment check. We do not promise an unconfirmed dispatch or delivery date.

Your delivery details
Provide a complete address and reachable phone number. If details change, contact us promptly with your order or enquiry reference so we can review the delivery arrangement.

Delivery concerns
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us with your reference and relevant details. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.
