If you cannot attend a visit, contact us as soon as possible. A new appointment depends on the team’s availability and must be confirmed.

Tailoring payments are non-refundable under our business policy because cutting, labour and materials incur order-specific costs. Contact us promptly about any change; feasibility depends on the stage of work.

Wedding accessory orders

Contact us with your order reference to request a cancellation. Our team checks payment and fulfilment status and confirms available options. No automatic cancellation or refund is promised.
